Coaching
Walking with you through the passage
Most of what I offer isn't a quick fix or a set of sessions to get through. It's a relationship — a season of focused, honest work with someone who's paying close attention to who you are and who you're becoming.
The shape below reflects how this actually works: a way to begin, a core engagement where the real developmental work happens, and a way to keep going if you want a longer companion for the road. There's no one-size path. We'll find the right fit for your season in our first conversation.

Every engagement moves through this arc — though rarely in a straight line. We loop, linger, and double back as your real life unfolds.
Start Here — A Chemistry Call
Every engagement begins here. This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation — a chance for you to share where you are and what's stirring, and for both of us to feel out whether this kind of work is right for you right now. You'll leave with a clearer sense of your own moment, whether or not we decide to work together.
This is the place to ask about logistics, rhythm, and investment — we'll talk it all through.

The Core Engagement
What I offer is an integral coaching engagement — a developmental relationship, not a performance program. Most coaching aims at making you more effective inside the life you're already living; this work goes one layer deeper, to your way of being underneath. If you want the longer version of why that distinction matters — and how it shapes everything below — you can read it here:

An Integral Coaching Engagement
This is the core of my work: a focused season of one-to-one coaching, typically over six to nine months, designed around you and the problem, issue, or question you're carrying.
We begin by slowing down and getting an honest, whole-person picture of where you actually are — not just the problem on the surface, but the patterns, stories, and ways of being underneath it. From there, I design a coaching plan that's genuinely yours: a clear purpose and set of outcomes to move toward, and a small set of practices and reflections woven into your real life, so the work doesn't stay in the room — it lives and breathes with you throughout our coaching relationship and beyond.
Then we walk it together. We meet regularly (e.g. every two weeks), welcome and follow what's alive and what's hard, and adjust as needed as we go. Bit by bit, often imperceptibly, a new way of being takes root.
What you can expect to walk away with
Excellence
Real movement on the question that brought you here: the decision, the transition, the sense of what's next.
Self-Correction
A truer, steadier relationship with yourself, and a clearer sense of what's actually yours to do.
Self-generation
A growing capacity to keep finding your own way forward, long after our work together ends.
Continuing Together — Coaching Alumni
Some people finish a core engagement and are ready to carry the work forward on their own. Others want to continue for another few months or longer.
For clients who've completed a core engagement, I offer an ongoing coaching relationship at a cadence that works for you — room to keep tending the ground you've cultivated, with support when you need it.
Before continuing after the first six to nine months, I typically recommend taking a month or two off to let things settle and integrate. When we pick back up, we "start over" with where you are, refreshing your coaching program for the present moment.

Bespoke, Speaking & Workshops
Not everything fits a standard shape. I also design custom coaching engagements for specific challenges or seasons, and I speak and lead workshops for organizations, teams, retreats, and gatherings exploring purpose, transition, and meaningful work in the second half of life.
If you have something particular in mind, let's talk about it.
